Description of site from State Park: 2 & 1/4 miles. Two tent pads; close to the trail; can hear, but not see the river. Some privacy, but a confusing part of the trail for some hikers. Rocky cliffs make access to water difficult; get water on the river trail at the bottom of the hill on the way up to the campsite trail. Birch, balsam, and spruce make it a shady site; benches around the fire ring.
