This park lies within the Great Western Woodlands. This is the largest remaining area of intact Mediterranean climate woodland left on earth. A highlight of the park is its attractive spring wildflower displays.
Discover a natural landscape of eucalypt woodlands, sand plains, granite outcrops, salt lakes and freshwater swamps. There are lots of opportunities for bushwalking, bird watching, and nature appreciation.
The four-wheel drive Holland Track crosses the park from Diamond Rock to Coolgardie. It’s a great way to explore the park and enjoy the high-octane fun of four-wheel driving!
The park is steeped in history. Railways, woodlines and the Goldfields water pipeline all feature. The Golden Pipeline Heritage Trail passes through the park at Woolgangie Rock.
