Long a favourite destination for painters and photographers, this park north of Napanee is renowned for Mazinaw Rock. This 1.5-kilometre sheer rock face rises 100 metres above Mazinaw Lake, one of the deepest lakes in Ontario, and features over 260 native pictographs - the largest visible collection in Canada. Spend a day or plan overnight adventures in this hiking and canoeing paradise of deep, blue lakes, sandy beaches, granite outcrops and lush green forests.

Excellent Park, beautiful scenery the hiking trails are much nicer than the flat boring trails in most southern parks. Lakes are great for canoeing and swimming. Good variety of campsites.
Bon Echo is a beatiful, large park in the Canadian Shield, excellent campsites an great trails includind a trail with many stairs leading to the top of Mazinaw Rock, 100 meters above the lake. What a view.
Great family park lots of activities large campsites tent and trailer friendly. Northbrook is excellent for shopping and supplies Beer and LCBO many places to buy firewood along Hwy 41.
