General Policies
Reservation Agreement Check-In Time Flexible | Check-Out Time Flexible Please note that by reserving your camping site you agree to the following: I assume full responsibility for the constant safety and supervision of all members of my party, minors and adults. I understand that the primitive camping provided does not include water/electric and assume all risk including weather and other acts of God. It is my intention to hold harmless The Larry Joe Harless Community Center, their staff, officers, employees, directors, agents, volunteers, whether specifically named or not and to exempt, relieve and hold harmless the released parties from any liability for personal injury, property damage or wrongful deaths caused by negligence or gross negligence. I agree to assume all risks in connection with my camping and other outdoor recreation activities. I agree to the terms and conditions here above set forth on behalf of myself, my heirs and personal representatives. Sites purchased together will be adjacent, no guaranteed locations. Prior to your visit, please review WV State COVID-19 guidelines at https://governor.wv.gov/Pages/The-Comeback.aspx Cancellation Policy PRIMITIVE SITES (OCTOBER 1-OCTOBER 15): Cancelations must be recieved in writing to cmitchem@ljhcc.com to be valid. Any cancelations received before August 1st will have a 15% handling fee. Any cancelations received before September 1st will have a 50% cancelation fee. There will be no refunds given after September 15th. If you are eligible for a refund, your refund will be processed on our end within 10 days (minus the eligible handling/cancelation fee). If refund cannot be placed back on your card, you will be contacted to provide a mailing address.
