Unknown | Serious pollution problem | Reviewed on June 19th, 2020 | This is regarding Nathan Bedford Forrest State Park. I booked a campsite with my two kids, and by 2:00 a.m. the air pollution from the local factories was so bad that we had to break down our campsite and evacuate in the middle of the night. The noise pollution was enough to make us wish we had never come there, but the toxic air was enough to make us certain to never return. We experienced burning eyes, burning noses and throats, runny nose, and coughing from just a few hours at this state park.
