As an admin or employee, there will be an option to edit the reservation. Click 'Edit Reservation'. This will bring up a 'Search Available Sites' page. However, at the top of the page it will indicate that you are making a change to an existing reservation. Enter in the desired search criteria and click the 'Search' button. Review the list of available sites. Select an available site and click the 'Select' button. The next page will show the existing reservation details and the new reservation details selected. To confirm the new reservation changes, click the 'Yes' button. To cancel the changes, click the 'No' button. Updating Customer Information To edit customer information on a reservation, click on 'Edit Information' in the customer information section. Updating Billing Information When viewing a reservation as a campground admin or employee, you can update billing information by clicking on 'Edit Reservation Amounts'.
